Levitate
Overview
Marketing and CRM-adjacent product sold to insurance agencies, integrated with the agency management system. In greg-ehly’s agency it has been in production for roughly two years and now covers book segmentation, AI-written campaigns, the agency website and blog/SEO, inbound lead routing, and the automated post-bind email cadence. It is the clearest evidence in this wiki of AI already deployed inside a small independent broker’s stack — not a pilot, a paid monthly dependency.
Relationships
- vertafore — syncs to the QQ Catalyst AMS to read the existing book.
- greg-ehly — the operator source for everything on this page.
- furtherai — the other “sell shovels to the traditional broker channel” vendor tracked here; Levitate occupies the marketing/retention end rather than the workflow/ops end.
Notes
- Segmentation + generation: the broker asks for a cut of the book (example given: homeowners with no life policy), Levitate drafts targeted educational email with links, sends anywhere from ~100 to ~1,000 messages, and reports replies and unsubscribes back.
- Acquisition: runs the agency website and produces blog content for SEO; inbound quote requests (including commercial) fire a lead notification straight to the broker’s Gmail. This has displaced the agency’s older Facebook/Google paid-lead buying entirely.
- Post-bind cadence, fully automated: welcome email at ~3 days, check-in at ~10 days, Google-review request at ~21 days, plus a monthly non-sales touch (seasonal safety and driving tips). New downloaded policies land in a “needs matching” tab; the broker approves the match and the cadence starts.
- Strategic read: the marketing/retention layer of the broker stack is already taken by a working AI product. Any wedge assuming brokers have no AI tooling should be checked against this. Relevant to AX-INS-4’s “arms the channel” logic — this is the channel already being armed.
