Revenue intelligence platform. Sits on top of call recordings for all revenue teams (sales, AM, CS); surfaces pipeline insights, forecasting, and CRM field auto-fill. Self-described as a “revenue platform,” not a CRM. The closest publicly known adjacent to the AM Brain use case, but does not provide a Brain-style per-account source of truth and does not own the full AM lifecycle.

  • Saar: Gong does “revenue intelligence” — it fills CRM fields from call recordings and surfaces signals across deals. That is a slice of the AM problem but not the whole job-to-be-done.
  • Does not index across the full cross-source context (support tickets, product usage, internal docs) the way the Brain does.
  • Built for revenue teams broadly (sales + AM + marketing), not dedicated to AM.
