- “Farmers Choice” places business through brokerage when the customer doesn’t want a Farmers policy. All policies — Farmers and brokered — appear in one system, and the agent is paid through Farmers either way.
- The platform runs on Craft Lake, which uses bolt access software to connect to multiple carriers. Farmers integrated Bolt, so agents no longer need standalone access.
