Comparative rating and agency-management product owned by applied-systems. Used by jim-coronado’s multi-line agency as its CRM and as its personal-lines quoting engine. Its role in this wiki is a negative one: it is the concrete reason a real mid-regional agency has no commercial comparative rating at all.
Naming note: the transcript renders it phonetically as “Easylinks.” EZLynx is the near-certain referent given the described function (personal-lines rater + agency CRM), but this has not been confirmed with the source.

Notes
- Personal lines: one intake, blasted to ~30 carriers, ~30 quotes back. This is what a working comparative rater looks like and why personal lines feel solved.
- Commercial: the capability exists but is charged separately, and the agency owner judged their commercial volume insufficient to justify the price. Result: every commercial risk is quoted one carrier at a time on the carrier’s own portal.
- This reframes a standing assumption.
